Being so near two important border stations such as Hegyeshalom and Rajka, makes it an economic, financial, touristic, transport, industrial and commercial centre. The town is also called middle of the “golden triangle” since it is 36km from Győr, 32km from Bratislava and 84km from Vienna by car.
